Medical notes for mixed private and public workflow

How do consultants keep notes consistent across mixed private and public work?

The public and private systems are different enough that I cannot rely on one interface habit. What I need is a consistent documentation discipline.

The private side needs cleaner output because the secretary, patient, GP, and billing follow-up often depend on the letter very quickly.

When consultants come from a hospital list into private clinic, they are carrying a lot in their head. If the note is thin, I end up chasing context later.

Microdoc helps because the private-practice letter process is less dependent on memory and more visible to the team.

Consistency is the value. Not every note needs AI, but every letter needs a reliable route from draft to approval.

Microdoc is attractive when it standardises that route without forcing consultants to work like they are in a hospital EHR.
